baby doll

dearest readers,

how are you? it's been a long time. i have a question: do any of you guys have dolls? i do! i love my dolls. especially bethany. sometimes i call her "betanana" just for fun. it's like a nickname. she goes lots of places with me. you know, to bed, to the kitchen, to the nursery at church . . . all kinds of places. one time, at the "walk for life" she fell out of my stroller and my mama ran over her, but she's better now.
the other day grandpa and i made bethany some new dancing shoes. we didn't have many materials nearby so we just used some paper towels and scotch tape. it worked great! now bethany dances everywhere she goes.
isn't sleeping with your dolls the best? i just love it. i have three dolls and two monkeys and a sock pirate. i sleep with all of them. do you let your dolls sleep with you?
i even have a book about dolls. my mama and i read it every night before she says prayers with me. it's called "little mommy" i think. maybe you should read it! i really like it. and i find the kitty on every page.
well, i have to go to sleep now, but here is a picture of my dolls. one of them is from haiti. guess who thought up a name for her all by herself?!! :)

lots of love,

GOD IS MERCIFUL!

WE HEARD FROM MY DAD TODAY. HE IS OKAY! AND WE HEARD ABOUT MY GOD-MOTHER, NICOLE. SHE IS OKAY! WE HEARD ABOUT MANY FRIENDS THE LORD WAS GRACIOUS TO SAVE! HE IS SO GOOD TO US!

we continue to pray for those who have not been heard from. for those who are working tirelessly to save lives. for those who are wounded, sick and dying. may the Lord be their hope and strength!

here i am

hello friends!
i know i haven't posted in awhile but i've been having super fun with my mama and the rest of my family!
for Christmas my uncle elias came and we played all day long. he is so much fun and i really wish he lived closer to me. also for Christmas, my mama got me a really cool computer of my own! i was so excited!

we had a lot of friends over on Christmas day, we sang songs, went for a walk and ate lots of great food! it was a good day.

a few days later i got to go see my aunt brendie and uncle noah with my mama!
uncle ryan and auntie em gave us a ride and that was great because i got to see my favorite cousin owen. he has the best cheeks!

aunt brendie is a lot of fun because she listens to all my stories and when we're in the driveway she lets me get out of my car seat and put my head out of the sunroof! that was a blast!
i also got to see lukas again and i think i'm gonna make him my best friend. he is so much fun and he likes to play pirates! he's a big brother and his little brothers are really cute. they don't play much, though. maybe when they're bigger.

now we're home which means i get to see nana and grandpa again (and nala, our dog, too!). but soon we're leaving to go up to sacramento and there i get to visit my GG (great grandmother)!
my mama and i are also hoping to see miss shanley while we're up north!

well, i gotta go to sleep now. i hope everyone has had a good year so far!

happy twenty ten!

these boots are made for walking

i have new tights (from mama cara). and a fuzzy green sweater. and i can finally wear my cowgirl boots from my dear auntie em.
i found out that cowgirl boots are so fun! they make a lot of noise when you walk. but sometimes they fall off. you have to be very careful when you go up the steps.

look, my mama took this video so you could hear them too!
